The SteadyTemp products are medical devices developed and manufactured by SteadySense GmbH.

SteadyTemp App – Medical device intended for body temperature measurement by lay users in a home environment. CE-marked under the EU Medical Device Directive (MDD) and cleared under FDA 510(k).

SteadyTemp Professional App – Medical device intended for body temperature measurement by professional users in a clinical environment. CE-marked under the EU Medical Device Directive (MDD) for use in clinical environments.

Both apps operate in connection with the SteadyTemp continuous temperature patch.

SteadySense GmbH makes every effort to ensure that all information provided on its website and in its apps is accurate and up to date. However, no guarantee is given for the completeness, correctness, or timeliness of the content.

SteadySense GmbH accepts no liability for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the provided information, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

3.1 SteadyTemp App & SteadyTemp Professional App

The SteadyTemp App and the SteadyTemp Professional App are a medical device and can be used as a diagnostic tool when the continuous measurement of human body temperature of an individual is required.
The usage of SteadyTemp App and the SteadyTemp Professional App does not replace clinical judgment.
SteadySense GmbH is not liable for any damages caused by incorrect configuration, unauthorized modification, or use outside the intended environment.

3.2 SteadyTemp Website

The contents of our pages have been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot accept any liability for the accuracy, comprehensiveness and actuality of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as service providers to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
